Well for starters I am a huge Red Hot Chili Peppers fan! I am 27 years old and currently reside in Findlay, OH. I am a Sr. Recruiter and recently graduated with my Masters in Human Resource Development.

As well as attaining my Masters degree I am going to be earning my Ceritified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) certificate soon. I have also created my blog called SocialMediaRevolution which is the reason that I am on this site.

SocialMediaRevolution is a blog that is intended to inform people of social marketing, recruiting, and HR development tools. I like to refer to social marketing and recruitment as Social MarKruiting.
